Rainbow sandwich

Ingredients: Mint and coriander chutney(1-2 teaspoon), Blanched Spinach(10 leaves washed, cut and blanched), 1 Beetroot boiled, peeled and pureed, 1 teaspoon garlic and red chilli chutney, 2 teaspoon Pumpkin boiled and paste and made chutney, 2 teaspoon sesame seeds 4 teaspoon hung curd, 1 teaspoon Sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon roasted Jeera powder, 3 White bread slices.   Procedure: Blend mint and coriander along with ginger , garlic and make a smooth paste. Add sea salt , pinch of black pepper and hung curd 1tsp. Blend 2-3 dry red chillies and 5 cloves garlic with jeera and make a chutney with it . Mix it with hung curd. Peel the boiled beetroot and mash it . Peel and boil pumpkin and mash it....

Soaking time of methi seeds: - 15-20 min.  Ingredients:- curry leaves- 3-4 Tbspoon soaked methi seeds:- 2Tbspoon urad daal :- 1 Tbspoon green chillies:- 2-3 lemon drops :- 2-3 amla -1 oil- 1 teaspoon. salt- as per taste Method:- Sauté curry leaves urad daal with oil in open pan for 2 min.
