Refund Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe: Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of the purchase date.
  2. Access Usage: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have logged in or accessed the digital coaching product provided. Once you have logged in or accessed the product, we consider it as having been used, and a refund will no longer be available.

Refund Process:

If you meet the above criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by support@healthyfy.com/+91-98712 86050 within 24 hours of your purchase. Provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and verify whether you meet the eligibility criteria. We may require additional information or clarification to process your refund.

 

  1. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note the following:

  1. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

   – If more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase date.

  2. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for digital coaching products. Refunds will be issued as per the terms outlined above.
